'I came to Ella as I wanted to confront deep rooted feelings of stress and anxiety. As a hypnotherapy novice, I was unsure what it was all about, but Ella instantly made me feel relaxed and looked after, as well as confident and engaged in the process. After only a few sessions I felt lighter, more confident, as though the anxiety which had physically weighed me down had been lifted. The hypnotherapy sessions I had with Ella were truly wonderful. It was incredible to notice the personal changes I was making each week with her guidance. Ella is so knowledgable, warm and intuitive. Having never done hypnotherapy or anything similar before, I was a little apprehensive to start my sessions, however Ella immediately made me feel at ease. She tailored each session according to my individual needs and requirements and gave me coping techniques which I know I will be using for years to come. I was suffering very badly with public speaking anxiety but since taking sessions with Ella, I did a speech in front of 200 people with no problem at all! Can't thank her enough for everything, and for all of you wondering whether hypnotherapy is for you - I'd say keep an open mind and give it a go! What is the worst that can happen..

As an Athlete I was faced with performance anxiety every day, and I had lost my love for the game. Working with Ella was a revelation, she allowed me to explore the psychological aspects of sports performance through hypnotherapy in a way I had never considered. It boosted my performance and reintroduced me to the enjoyment I get from competing.
