Ella Wolfman
Ella Wolfman, is a Solution-Focused Hypnotherapist and member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH) and Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (AfSFH
I first experienced the benefits of hypnotherapy 20 years ago when I sought help from a hypnotherapist to overcome my stage fright. Lost confidence and unable to break the downward spiral of anxiety, hypnotherapy shifted my focus from my fears to my goals, enabling me to build a successful career as a performer and vocalist. in 2019 after touring internationally and performing to audiences of thousands, I took a natural break due to maternity leave.
During the final week of my pregnancy, my mother suddenly passed away, which led me to experience tremendous grief. As a new mother, caring for a newborn while mourning the death of my mother and best friend was the most challenging time of my life, and it made me equally aware of my own strength and fragility.
As human beings, we have the resilience to overcome great tragedy and trauma, having access to the right care, tools, and skills can greatly help us to do so.
This experience of loss along with my fascination with the mind eventually lead me to train as a Hypnotherapist at The Clifton Practice (CPHT) and achieve a Hypnotherapy in Practice Diploma from the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH). It is now my mission and passion to help others. Since qualifying, I have gained extensive experience in Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy, helping hundreds of clients to achieve positive results. I am committed to staying up-to-date with the latest developments in the field, attending regular training and professional development courses to ensure I provide the most effective treatment for my clients.
When we practice the right mind-management skills, our confidence naturally follows, allowing us to reach for our dreams and ride the waves of life's uncertainties.
